General terms and conditions for the 2017-2018 academic year
1. Your place in the course of your choice is guaranteed when
a. your fully completed registration form has been received and accepted by Dutch In Building Blocks.
b. full payment has been received for the course.
2. All fees should be paid before the start date of the course. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or cash at Dutch In Building Blocks. (Once a course has started, payment is non-refundable.)
3. Students will be invoiced for the course fee before the course starts. The cost of teaching materials is not included in the course fee.
4. To assure the continuation of the learning process, not more than 2 out of 10 lessons can be cancelled or re-scheduled (at least 24 hours in advance by contacting your language trainer).
5. If a language trainer is absent, classes will be rescheduled to a later date.
6. Students’ private and professional information will be treated as confidential by Dutch In Building Blocks staff.
